How long have you been in business?

I have been in real estate since 2002.  Since that time, I have been extremely successful in satisfying my clients needs and I am considered one of the top agents in the area.  
 

What is your background?

I come from a corporate background, which makes me unique and understanding to the demands of corporate life.  I know home buyers don't want to spend their Saturdays in a car looking for houses-I can email the pictures to them and narrow down the inventory to two or three homes.  I know our seller's don't want to have to constantly ask me what's happening-I give weekly update reports on price and strategy. 
 

What makes your business unique?

I provide unique services like automatic email updates to my buyers, so when a property hits the market that may fit their criteria they get the information and pictures in an email instantly. For my sellers, superior advertising via the web, email, and print ads.  I notify by email every agent and potential client on my database and their home goes on over six web sites.

What made you decide to work from the Flemington Area?

I have lived in Raritan Township for over 20 years.  I also wanted to work for a nationally recognized company so I chose Coldwell Banker which has a great local office right on Route 31. It is ranked the number one real estate office in Flemington for listing and closed sales since 2001.
